The Buying Assistant will support with all aspects of supply chain including procurement, stock control and account queries.
For this role you will need to have GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent). A supply chain qualification or demonstrable experience of working in a similar role would be an advantage.
The main duties of the role are:

The Production Manager is responsible for leading and coordinating all production departments within our compressor systems manufacturing facility. This role ensures safe, efficient, and high-quality operations across machining, fabrication, assembly, testing, paint/finishing, packaging, and internal logistics. The Production Manager drives on-time delivery, continuous improvement, cost control, workforce development, and cross-functional alignment.
For this role candidates will need a degree in Engineering/Manufacturing Operations or equivalent demonstrable experience. A Management qualification would be an advantage.
Our ideal candidate will have experience and knowledge of working materials and handling equipment for gas compressor systems along with experience and knowledge of working with different materials of construction (mild/carbon/stainless/aluminium/nonferrous).
Candidates will need an understanding and have experience in the specifications, standards, requirements and expectations of supplying equipment within the petrochemical industry.
The main responsibilities of the role are:

Our Ideal Candidate
We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Team Leader to lead our machining team in a dynamic manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/CAM programming, hands-on experience with machining castings, and proven leadership capabilities. This role is critical to ensure an efficient workflow, products are right first time and to drive through cost savings by seeking continuous improvement in CNC operations.
For this role you will need to have an NVQ/HNC (or equivalent) in Mechanical Engineering or Manufacturing along with a Certificate in machine shop technology or machine tool technology/machinist. Candidates will need to have demonstrable experience as a CNC Team Leader/Supervisor or Senior CNC Machinist.
You will have experience using multi-axis CNC milling and turning machines (3, 4 or 5 axis) and familiarity with ERP systems and production planning tools.
Our ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a desire to set high standards of work performance for self and others. You will be organised, accurate and have an eye for detail.
Excellent communication, verbal and written skills are essential in this role along with the ability to lead, motivate, coach and develop a team.
