– Commodity chemicals. Roots Systems blowers are used to handle ‘syngas’ (synthesis gas), which is a mixture of hydrogen and carbon dioxide, used to produce ammonia. Our blowers are also used in the manufacture of chlorine, ethylene, methanol and phenol.
